Philip "Ward" McKinley III
Ward McKinley is the Founder and Manager of the Growth Preservation Family of Funds. He holds a BA and MA of Architecture from Tulane University and a Asset & Portfolio Management certificate from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business. He started his trading career in 1999 riding the the wave of the dot com boom. Later pursuing his passion of Architecture became a City Planner for New York City, specifically the area of Battery Park City starting in early 2001. He was awarded recognition from the Mayor and Governor of New York for his work in the rebuilding efforts of 9/11. He then went on to co-found Transept Ventures, a real estate investment firm focused on Austin Texas. After selling out of the real estate with success he returned to his passion of the stock market, creating Growth Preservation to better assist others in growing & preserving wealth. Outside of money management Ward resides with his son in beautiful Vail Colorado and also is the Founder of Charity Good, a humanitarian relief and access to arts based charity. He believes in having things down to a science, but more so elevated to an Art form.
